On Saturday I had the pleasure of witnessing a magnificent fight back by our under 14 team.

Playing against Pakenham Upper Toomuc the tail truly wagged. We were in dire straits on 7/15 when Kalin Giacco and Mitch Cargill came together. Kalin is an under 10 player and Mitch is in his first season of cricket. They showed amazing resilience for such young fellows. Thanks to their efforts the team batted the overs out and reached a score of 58.

All the boys have been working extremely hard on improving their skills. They should be commended for the way they support and encourage each other. It is not too late to jump on the bandwagon because this team will be playing finals. Good work Joey and all those who lent a helping hand.
